Online Classes with Tesia
After many years of teaching painting workshops and classes I have decided to offer my coaching, critique and teaching services online. This will allow you to work with me one on one without having to travel.
These services are appropriate for painters working primarily in acrylic in two dimensions. Mixed media and collage artists will also benefit.
You may choose one of three ways to take advantage of this service. Please read all of the information completely, especially the "Cancellation Policy" section below. Contact me via email or phone before you register.
All levels include a FREE 15 minute Skype consultation with me to see if we are a good match.

Tesia
Level I: Jumpstart
Are you stalled out in a series? Need a boost to get back into the studio? Stuck in a color rut?
Jumpstart is just that. A shot in the arm of energy with a healthy dose of practical advice. You will get an initial 15 minute session via Skype with me to see if we are a good fit. If you don't think I can help you, the 15 minutes is on me. If you like my style, you get 60 minutes with me via one Skype session. You define the problem to me via a detailed questionairre and jpegs of your work. I can help you:
- Overcome artist block
- Re-invigorate your work
- Flesh out the idea for a series
- Break out of your color rut
- Find your artist voice
- Overcome technical problems
- Deal with art business issues
- And more...
- You get a total of 75 minutes of Skype consultation with me over two sessions.

Level II: Battery Charger
This includes Jumpstart and two additional Skype meetings of 45 minutes for a total of 4 Skype meetings. You define problem areas, technical roadblocks, inspirational problems, artist blocks, etc. and we dig in and work them over. Again, you will answer a detailed questionairre and send jpegs of your work for my review. You may want to work on:
- Presentation
- Technical issues
- Inspiration and source material
- Pricing and marketing your work
- Working with digital media
- and more....
- You get a total of 165 minutes of Skype consultation with me over four sessions.

Level III: Longterm goals
This Level is very much like a directed study. I will tailor this level to your specific needs. You may wish to continue with coaching from Level II, work on a series, work on presentation or a long range plan. You may choose to focus on formal painting critique only. We will discuss what you would like to accomplish and then formulate a plan so that you can achieve your goals. After an initial face to face meeting at my studio, there will be 6 weeks of Skype meetings and emails including homework and critique, one session per week, with a final wrap up face to face meeting in my studio. You can opt for the studio meetings to be via Skype if you wish.
This level includes:
- Initial face to face meeting in my studio (or Skype meeting).
- Formal plan of action.
- Weekly Skype meetings (60 minutes) supported with email homework and critique. (6 sessions)
- Final face to face meeting in my studio (or Skype meeting).
- You will receive a total of 375 minutes of Skype consultation with me over 7 sessions AND two face to face meetings in my studio (you can opt for Skype meetings instead of face to face meetings in the studio).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you have paid for your Level, there are no refunds. Coaching and Critique sessions are arranged at agreed upon times. There are no makeups or refunds for sessions you miss. You are encouraged to make all appointments online or by phone. If I must cancel a session, a makeup session will be arranged at no additional cost.
