Ghost Ranch New Mexico Painting Retreat 2016
Home of Georgia O'Keeffe
Abstraction from Nature
This will be our last year at the Casa! Don't miss it!
Arrive Saturday, August 27, 2016 (you may also arrive earlier and stay at the Marriott in Santa Fe, see below).
Depart Thursday, September 1, 2016
Join me in the beautiful New Mexico high desert for this amazing painting retreat! Walk in the footsteps of Georgia O'Keeffe and be inspired by the landscape she loved so much. Using the gorgeous scenery around us we will create amazing abstracts in acrylic.
Stay at the world famous Ghost Ranch (former guests have included Charles Lindbergh and John Wayne). We will be staying at Casa Del Sol, a beautiful Spanish style home, about two miles from the main compound.
Hike into Box Canyon, former home of cattle rustlers.
We will visit Ojo Caliente Hot Springs for an evening of soaking and peaceful relaxation. My treat!
Optional: Georgia O'Keeffe's studio on horseback in a secluded part of the Ranch. ($85.00 not included in registration fee).
